We provide contract software engineering, technical and security consulting, and our own software products. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and price of each engagement are defined in a written proposal, statement of work, or agreement. If that document conflicts with these terms, that document controls.

- Fees are set out in the applicable proposal, agreement, or invoice.
- Invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice. Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors such as Stripe.
- Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
// 3. Cancellations and refunds
Unless the applicable agreement states otherwise, fees for work already performed are non-refundable. Either party may end an ongoing engagement with written notice, and you pay for work completed up to that point. Subscriptions to our products can be canceled at any time and remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Ownership of work created for a client is defined in the agreement for that engagement. The content of this website, our own products, and our pre-existing tools and know-how remain the property of Appio Labs.

We treat non-public information you share with us as confidential and use it only to perform the agreed work, unless a separate agreement sets different terms.
